Attractive design and decor, comfortable lounge areas, inviting pub atmosphere
The bathroom cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!! Wi-Fi issues were frustrating, and the dining area needed a thorough clean. Service felt slow and inconsistent at times, which dampened the overall experience!!!

During my stay, I really appreciated the nearby parks like Hocombe Mead, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the proximity to The Great Hall, which was a remarkable historical site to explore. the ambiance and character of the hotel made it feel more like a cozy retreat than just a place to rest my head at night.

Just a top selection for exploring town in Winchester with all in all brilliant value for money. The coffee facilities in the room were a pleasant surprise, featuring a pod machine that was much better than the usual options. Make sure to enjoy their local ales while lounging in the beer garden.

the location is super nice, close to winchester but not right in the hustle. the building is lovely and has a real charm. breakfast was pretty darn good too! the staff are super helpful and friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable.
only thing was the menu had some options missing so kinda limited on choices and the room was a bit noisy from the road outside.

The room's quirky decor made it feel unique, and I was particularly impressed with the locally sourced dinner, which was packed with flavor. A slight downside was that the bathroom amenities could have been updated for a more luxurious experience.
